What is the return and exchange policy of aaoyun?
We want aaoyun equipment to help you perform at your best. If you receive the product and find it is not suitable for you, we can provide a full return and exchange service. If the product you purchased (except the following cases) meets the return and exchange standards described below this article (details as follows), you can enjoy the [3-day unconditional return and exchange] service within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product (based on the date of receipt). If the product or size you selected when you apply for an exchange is sold out, you can choose to return it.

Please note that you need to pay the relevant shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Some special products related to personal hygiene and health  do not support returns and exchanges except for product quality issues. Please refer to the actual product page information.
Gift cards are not accepted for return. For more information, please refer to our aaoyun gift card terms and conditions.
For orders with certain special offers/promotions, if you need to apply for a return, you must return all the items in the order. Partial returns and refunds are not accepted. For details, please refer to the details of individual activities.
If aaoyun determines based on reasonable judgment that the returned goods are not genuine aaoyun products, aaoyun will not refund and retain evidence. aaoyun reserves all legal rights in this matter.
